The interview process started with an initial screening call that went really well, and I felt a strong connection with the recruiter. The next and last part of the process involved three interviews, each lasting an hour. I felt confident about my performance in these interviews and was even more enthusiastic about the possibility of joining Ferrara. The hiring manager indicated they would follow up on the next steps, and it seemed like they were impressed with me. However, when I tried to get updates from the recruiter, I received no response, even after calling. They simply stopped communicating, which was very disappointing and discouraging. I had very high expectations for Ferrara and would have preferred them over other companies, but this experience was quite negative, to the point where I no longer buy their products.

The process started with a really hard-to-schedule phone screen with HR, taking 9 days for them to confirm. They asked for my availability for the next day but then went silent for 6 days. After a video call with the hiring manager, I waited another 10 days for HR feedback. She asked for my availability, I replied, and heard nothing more. Even months later when I applied for another role, this first one was still showing as open on my profile.

The interview timeline was pretty standard. It started with a phone screen, followed by two calls with senior managers. Then, there was a four-hour in-person interview. After that, I had one more follow-up phone call, and I also completed a skills/personality test.
