They had a half day where they invited all of the interview candidates in, discussed the company and processes, and then we broke to have individual interviews with different departments (There were 3 interview slots I believe). We talked to the people who would be our bosses and it was more traditional interview style after that and if you didn’t have an interview slot you could network with other departments

A recruiter reached out and asked me to do a HireVue interview. I didn't hear back for a month. Then I had an interview with a hiring manager and after that a technical session. They said I'd hear back, but I never did, which I guess means I was rejected. It's a bummer they don't at least let candidates know they didn't get the job, especially when they make you put in so much time and effort.
