Started with a Hirevue, then got called back by the recruiter. Had two more interviews after that: first, a quick chat with the recruiter about qualifications where they asked one behavioral question, and second, a final interview with a director where I answered more behavioral questions. The recruiter and director were both super nice.

I hope Ferguson sees this because my interview was unprofessional. I applied in July and didn't hear back until late August for an early September interview. The manager said I'd hear back the next week, but I didn't. I followed up, and the manager emailed saying I'd be an asset and to expect an update the following week. Still no word, so I reached out again. Two weeks after the first interview, the manager called to say they hired someone internally. I had a referral, my best friend. Be cautious if applying here. Thankfully, I had other applications out.

I applied and was contacted via email to schedule a phone call, which was followed by an in-person interview at their NYC office. The interview seemed to go okay, but I quickly realized the role was not a good fit for me due to my experience level and other factors. I suspect this is why I didn't receive a follow-up or an offer, although I wasn't expecting one since I wasn't interested in the position. Still, I was a bit surprised by the lack of communication afterward.
