I had a chat with the investment manager. It was a one-on-one meeting in the office. They asked me about my background and what I want to do in the future. It was pretty casual. The manager also let me know that sometimes I might have to do tasks not directly related to my role.

It's a pretty standard interview process. You'll go through 3 distinct interviews. The first one is in Japanese (maybe because I'm Japanese?). However, the second and third interviews are conducted in English.
