There were 2 interviews. The second one involved a presentation and then about 75 questions immediately after. It felt very structured and not conversational. Some former employees didn't have great things to say about it either.

It was a 5 round interview process. First was a general fit interview. Second was a virtual interview focusing on behavioral questions. Then a third round over Zoom with several team members. The fourth round involved creating a PPT slide about a specific therapeutic area. Finally, there was another virtual team call where they asked questions about the slide creation and development.

The interview process had three phases. The final phase requires a life science presentation to upper management. As you move through each phase, the interview questions get harder, but the interviewers are available for feedback and help. Management clearly communicates their desire to see you succeed in the company. Everyone was committed to helping me succeed, which made me even more eager to join the company.
