The hiring process has 2-3 stages. They ask questions to see if you're socially intelligent and ready to do whatever it takes to succeed. It's not a super tough interview if you maintain an engaging facial expression and give answers longer than a couple of sentences.

Fenix Consulting has a great team. After just the second interview, you'll meet one-on-one with management to get a real feel for the work. The whole process has three stages, and if you can show your interest and experience, you should be fine. Be ready because it's a sales job, and promotions are based on merit.

I found this job on Glassdoor and got a call within two days from a recruiter. They asked me some basic stuff about my past and what I wanted and then set up a meeting with the hiring manager. The first interview was just me and the hiring manager, Sabastian. He asked a bunch of questions and it felt like he was actually trying to get to know me and see if I'd be a good fit, not just like, checking boxes. They said they'd call me back if they wanted to move forward. No call yet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
