I applied online, sent in my cover letter and resume. A few days later, I got an email saying to take the next step, which was either a phone interview or an online video interview where I had to answer some questions. I chose to do the video interview, and the questions were pretty straightforward. After that was done, I got another email to come in for an in-person interview. That interview went well; I think they just wanted to see if I would be a good fit, no hard questions. I was interviewed by three people: a Human Resource Assistant, a Human Resource Manager, and a Sales Manager.

I applied online, then they sent me a personality test to check if I'd fit the company culture. After that, I had a choice between a phone interview or an online video interview where I could re-record my answers until I was happy. I went with the video option. The following week, I came in for an in-person interview with two HR managers and one sales manager.

I met with two different people for an interview. First I met with an HR person who asked me about my past experience. She was very nice and easy to talk to. Later I met with a sales manager who was a quick talking high energy guy. He mainly just wanted to make sure I was up to the challenge.
