Software Engineer
First, there's a round to check your general and programming skills with stuff like "Guess the output" and math problems. You'll get questions on pattern printing, arrays, sorting, loops, and recursion. Then, a Basic Programming Round where you solve problems in a chat, focusing on basic data structures and algorithms (DSA). After that, an Advanced Programming Round for more complex DSA problems to test your thinking. A Technical HR Round follows, asking technical questions on DSA and other related topics. Finally, a General HR Round with behavioral questions about your background and skills.
- What are your salary expectations?
Staff Pharmacist
It started with a phone call. They asked standard questions about why I'm interested in the company, my salary expectations, my availability for work days and hours, and my commute. The interviewer was really nice and answered all my questions.
- What motivates you to seek employment with this organization?
- Could you please state your salary expectations?
- What are your available working days and hours?
Sandwich Artist
The interview process was good, it wasn't too bad and went smoothly. The panel was nice and comforting so it didn't feel like a hardship. It took around forty minutes, then there were some technical questions on sandwich layers which were fairly hard but I managed to get through it.
- Can you name the three primary components of a BLT sandwich?
Search Engine Marketing Analyst
So I had a screening call first. Then I got invited for an in person interview. It felt like it went well, pretty standard stuff. They said I'd hear back soon. I followed up about 2 days later to see if they had a timeline. No response. A week later, I followed up again to check progress. Still no response. Two weeks after that, I emailed again, this time CCing someone else, thinking maybe my contact left the company. No response. This feels like really bad practice or just terrible decision making. It's been about two months now, so I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth about the company and don't want to work with them.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Do you hold any relevant certifications?
- Have you previously used SQL or Pivot Tables in Excel?
