Feldco Factory Direct Interview Questions
& Process

So, there were 3 parts to the interview. First, an HR call to screen me. Then, a second round where they asked programming questions and looked at my background and experience. Finally, there was a coding interview where I had to go in and solve some programming problems.

I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening, followed by a call with the hiring manager. We talked about the sales territory, plans for growth, the support system, and how commissions work. Since it's a really new company that's still growing, I decided not to move forward.

I applied online and was asked to do a survey, which is standard for Feldco. After the survey, I had a 30-minute phone screen where they asked why I applied and why it was a good fit, basically checking my knowledge of Feldco. We also talked about my experience related to the company and role, with some behavioral questions sprinkled in, like how I prioritize my week, my proudest career moment, and what makes me a leader. A week later, I was invited for an in-person interview at the office, which lasted about 1.5 hours. I met the HR director, the previous person in the role, the CFO, and the CEO, in that order. Initially, I was told I'd only meet the HR Director and the previous person, but they added the CFO and CEO later if they liked me. It seems they introduce you to the department head if they are considering you.

So, I was talking to a friend about finding a new job, and they sent me a link to apply. The very next day, I got a call for a phone interview. We then scheduled another interview, and I met with HR one-on-one. Later that same day, the supervisor interviewed me. After that, I was told to go for a drug screening, and they also did a background check. In less than two days, I got a call back saying I got the job.
