The interview was brief, but there was a significant wait time. A total of four people (two supervisors, one attorney, and one HR Director) asked questions. Everyone seemed friendly during the interview, but I felt singled out, especially after being offered a Paralegal position without a salary increase. I was informed that the supervisors might have been checking my daily activities, which is apparently not standard practice.

Applied via monster.com and got an interview request about a week later. The HR person was very detailed, covering benefits, the job description, and what a typical day looks like. They seemed as interested in my personality as my experience. They asked a lot about how I felt regarding past jobs, supervisors, and work duties - nothing too hard to answer. The entire interview was 30 minutes. An offer came 2 days later, which I accepted.

It was a simple and easy interview process. They asked basic and easy questions that you would typically expect for an interview, like where you expect yourself in five years from now and your expectations. I got the job.
