So first, I had an HR chat, and then I talked to the actual team. They actually asked me the same things, mostly behavioural stuff. We kicked off with introductions, like what my skills are and one time I faced a challenge. The next step, if I pass this, is to go in person and meet the team.

It was a really unprofessional interview experience. I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter, but there was no follow-up from them at all. Then, a transportation planner reached out to ask if I had more work I could show them. I sent it over, and then it was radio silence from them too. I politely reached out to both the recruiter and the planner multiple times asking for updates and emphasizing my interest in the role, but I never got a response. I get that they might not be able to give a reason, but the least they could have done was give me a formal 'no' instead of wasting my time. Also, I tried to follow up with the recruiter again a month later and got an automated response saying they had left the company. What a mess.....

got feedback fast. The process was streamlined and they were flexible with location. They sent organized emails and offer great VISA sponsorship programs. The questions were easy and made me feel confident.
