Behavioral

I submitted my resume and was contacted the next day for a first round behavioral screening with HR. They asked typical questions like why I'm interested in the company. After that, my resume was sent to all offices and I might be contacted for a second round.

Behavioral Technical Other

After applying on the website, HR might email you to set up a phone screen using Calendly (30 mins). You'll also need to finish a written questionnaire before that screen. The HR person did the actual phone screen, and it was super by-the-book. They asked a ton of stuff (I can't recall it all). Then, HR said they'd pass my info to the offices, and the offices would contact me directly if they were keen. This could take a few weeks (longer if it's the holidays). I've only had my phone screen so far, so I'm still waiting to hear about what's next.

Behavioral Other

First, there's an online part, then if they like you, you get a phone screen. After that, you fill out a questionnaire about where you'd like to work. The phone screening is just general stuff to see if you're really into the field. They'll ask about why you're interested in transportation and how you got into it.

  • What makes you interested in transportation?
  • Can you share an experience where you showed leadership?
