I recently had an interview on 8/16/18. It was a good experience overall. I spoke with the operations manager one-on-one. He asked around 10-12 questions that were a bit challenging but manageable given my management background. The questions were mostly situational and asked for examples from my experience. The interview lasted about 2 hours, including some casual conversation. Around 15 people applied, and he had more interviews scheduled for the next day. He mentioned I'd hear back about the job the following week. I'll provide an update once I hear from the manager.

The interview process was easy and communicative. The people at entry were friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait for the interview, I walked in and met the current manager and then went back to the interview. The manager introduced themselves and then explained the position.

First, I had a quick phone chat. Then, they invited me in for an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. The next day, they called me back for another follow-up interview. After that second interview, I had to take a drug screen. I got the offer a week later.
