It was a 45 minute interview with 4 questions. Very direct and to the point. The environment was good, they made it very welcoming and helped you feel supported and safe. FXF does a great job at providing a comfortable interview environment.

I only had one interview that was hard-stopped at 45 minutes. They asked me ten questions that were about past scenarios and hypothetical situations. Due to time constraints, I wasn't able to ask many questions, but I did ask about the day-to-day tasks, though they seemed unsure since a new team was being formed. They mentioned I should hear back in under two weeks. However, I was ghosted for nearly a month, which is ironic for a communications role. This seems to be a pattern with FedEx, as they rarely post salaries, leaving candidates uncertain about whether to even bring it up.

Super easy interview. Booked on an AI system for an in-person interview. It was really informal, with two employees asking me questions and writing down my answers. They asked basic stuff about when I'm available, if I'm flexible, my driving history, and if I'd pass a drug test.

I had a Zoom video interview with two people. It was only one round because they needed to fill the role fast. They rapid-fired behavioral questions at me and wanted responses under 2 minutes. No other questions were asked. I didn't learn anything about the job and felt uncomfortable because the conversation wasn't warm. It was a rushed and weird experience. I don't know how they could pick someone from just that. I was overqualified and didn't get an offer. The good thing is I heard back in 2 days.
