Had an initial phone screening with the district manager, who seemed to be a millennial or Gen Z and talked more than listened. I was told I'd get a personality test by email and to finish it. I did, and after trying to follow up three times, it's been a month and I've heard nothing back. This is a perfect example of how this generation lacks respect and decorum; have some courage and at least send a quick note to let a candidate know something instead of wasting their time.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was long but the recruiter was very friendly. The first time we met was at a Sales Event for my university and we went onto meeting several times to talk about the position and the requirements for the role. The process went on for about 3 months and then the recruiter let me know that he wanted me to have some experience in Sales.

The interview process was really long, but I get it since they invest a lot in training. I got to the 4th or 5th interview, did a ride-along, and then had to write something up. They wanted me to do another ride-along, and that's when I decided to stop. The people are nice, they just seem super selective. They also do this weird at-home interview. And the 8-month training program in Minnesota was a surprise because I don't want to live there for that long.
