the final interview was at their zonal office in patel nagar. first we had to write a para about why federal bank. the PI was very basic, so really can't judge on what basis they select candidates. no tech qsns were asked, just family background, why federal etc.

Technical Behavioral Presentation Case

I recently finished up with this company's interview process, and man, it took forever. The whole thing went on for weeks and had a bunch of steps – like, first there was a recruiter call, then a technical test, then three separate panel interviews, followed by a case study I had to present, and finally a chat with the big bosses. I get they wanted to check me out thoroughly, but seriously, it was draining and I had to dig deep to stay patient. What made it worse was that they weren't super clear about how long each step would take. By the time they offered me the job, I had already gotten pretty far with other companies. My suggestion? They should totally speed things up so they don't lose good people who are interested.

We started with a technical assessment covering aptitude, verbal ability, general awareness, general knowledge, and English. Next was a group discussion on the topic of employees being hard working versus smart working. After that, a robotic interview asked basic banking questions like types of accounts, the difference between an Invoice and a Bill, TDS rates, and inflation. Finally, there was a face-to-face interview which was a personality test.
