The interview process was quite long, but it was a good way to see if I had the right skills for the job. It involved 3/4 individual interviews and some aptitude tests for Maths and English.

After passing initial video screenings, there's an assessment centre. It starts with a group activity that's not really an interview, where they explain the company's operations and some downsides like relocation requirements and potential unpaid periods. During this lengthy explanation, a staff member observes your behaviour. Following that, you'll take a few tests, including numerical and verbal assessments. The process concludes with three brief personal interviews, each under 4 minutes, with different staff members. They'll inquire about your IT knowledge, the company, and your background. Although not explicitly visible, interviewers use a red, orange, or green rating system. Three green ratings lead to an offer, orange ratings trigger a review of your tests, and red ratings mean no offer.

I sent in my application and then had a phone chat where they asked why I wanted to work there and if I could make it to an assessment day. They also wanted to know more about the graduate scheme. When I got to the assessment day, there were about 20 of us. We started with a quick talk about the company, then we did a bunch of tests on a tablet. Most of them were multiple-choice and pretty straightforward. After lunch (which we had to sort out ourselves), I had three short interviews. The interviewers didn't really try to chat or dig deeper; they just asked their prepared questions and jotted down my answers.
