Technical Behavioral Presentation

First up was a phone interview with some basic Java questions. It was mostly with a non-technical sales person, but maybe some OOD stuff too. Then there was an in-house interview, or maybe phone, depending on where you're at. It had about 15 people do a basic evaluation, kind of like an IQ test with three parts. After that, there was a three-part interview with two account managers (they're the ones who place you with clients) and one developer. Each part was about 10 minutes. They wanted to see if you could be placed and trained.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was pretty standard, not overly challenging and nothing unexpected. I got an offer, but honestly the compensation is quite low, seems like they're taking advantage of recent grads. They also gave me only 7 days to decide, which is a very short timeframe.
