Behavioral Group

Had a phone screening on Feb 13, possibility to change tracks during the call. Completed a HackerRank test before Feb 25th (it was super simple). Then attended an assessment centre on Feb 26th which included long talks from HR, a talent specialist, an account manager, current consultants, and a skills lab coach. It involved 15 minutes of group discussion prep followed by an 8-minute discussion. There was a lunch break, and then another talk from a consultant. Finally, there was a 15-minute interview with the Account Manager and a 15-minute interview with the skills lab coach. It was a really long and tiring day, made more so by spontaneous schedule changes and the large number of candidates.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

The interview process began with a phone interview. This was followed by an online aptitude test, which involved a simple pseudo-code test. Next, there was a video interview, similar to the phone interview but with video enabled. After that, you had to type a supporting statement explaining your interest in the program and the IT industry. Finally, there was an online Assessment Centre lasting 3 hours. This included an overview of FDM Group, followed by technical and strength-based interviews, each around 20 minutes. Most of the time was spent listening to the overview and waiting for your interview slot.
