So I went through four rounds of interviews at fdm. The first was with HR. My HR was very helpful and provided me with a lot of advice and guidance. After the HR interview, there was an online test that involved coding. If I scored well enough on the online test, I would proceed to the in-person interview. There were two rounds of interviews. The first was a behavioral interview focused on understanding my values and the company's alignment. The second was a technical interview focused on my data processing and logic skills.

The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by a video interview and then an assessment centre. The assessment centre began with about a 1-hour presentation. After that, I waited in a breakout room to meet with the account manager and trainer, with each meeting lasting around 30 minutes. The account manager part was pretty straightforward, but the technical interview instructions were unclear, and the content wasn't related to technology or programming languages.

the final AC interview started with a behavioral interview where they asked basic questions, then moved to a numerical interview which was more like brain teasers. Overall, it was easy to medium difficulty.
