No technical tests or anything like that. The main goal is to see if you'd be a good fit for the team, how you communicate, and to hear about your past experiences.

The interview process was pretty simple. First, a quick phone call about my background and general behavioral questions. Then, a second call to go over the upcoming rounds and a quick mock interview to get ready. After that, a group session with other candidates. It started with a company presentation, then we moved to breakout rooms for more behavioral interviews. The interviewers didn't have our resumes in this round. I didn't make it to the last round, which was supposed to be a technical interview.

Behavioral Technical Group
I went through the entire process. It included a behavioral interview, a technical interview, and then a final group interview which had 3 separate interviews. The final one was a mix of behavioral and technical. The interviewers were nice and not intimidating. They weren't looking for someone who knew everything technically, but more for someone who is passionate, confident, can learn on their own, and works well with others. I figured this out because I asked them this at the end. They said they'd teach the technical skills, but you can't really teach personality traits like passion.
