Account Manager
I applied on LinkedIn and went through several rounds: phone interviews, online tests, and then face-to-face interviews that included a presentation. The HR person was really responsive and helpful. The whole thing took about a month.
- In a role-play scenario, explain why you'd select FCM instead of your present employer.
Account Manager
Had a quick and easy initial phone interview, mostly about background, personality, and goals. Then, there was a really long personality test, followed by a background check that involved paperwork. The process also included another phone interview and an in-person interview.
- Do you have experience with Sabre?
Account Manager
I went through two phone interviews. They informed me that the next step would be an extensive background check, which was completed the following day over the phone on December 6th. I followed up on December 17th and was told no decisions had been made yet, but they would reach out. I sent another email on December 27th, and as of January 7th, I haven't heard back. I found this very unprofessional. If the decision was not to hire me, I wish they would have at least had the courtesy to send an email.
- The background check was extremely intrusive, even asking questions about my husband, which I didn't feel was appropriate.
