Financial Analyst
It seemed promising at first, but by the third interview I could tell there was a huge disconnect between departments. It started with a phone call, which went well and got me excited for the role. Then, the second interview was with the COO and took almost 2 hours because he asked in depth questions about my experience dating back to high school. The job at hand was not well described, and seemed all over the place. When I got to the third interview, I was met with questions not pertaining to the job as described in the posting, and then lectures about my lack of experience. It was really off putting- like why did I advance to the third round if my skills and knowledge were so sub-par? I didn’t lie on my resume, they knew my experience level. All 3 interviews were conducted very last- minute and in a rush. They mentioned were trying to fill the role urgently because the previous hire didn’t work out. After the little glimpse I got into the lack of communication going on there, I think I know why that previous hire didn’t work out.

Business Development Marketing
I had a good initial chat with the HR recruiter, who was engaging and made it sound like a great place to work. I decided to proceed despite seeing negative reviews on Glassdoor. The subsequent interview with the COO was really something else; the questions were totally unethical and biased. It felt like an interrogation, digging into my past all the way back to high school, asking about my GPA and what I did back then. For every job, he asked what my supervisor would say about me and why I left. None of the questions were related to the actual position or necessary skills. He was very awkward, not even seeming to realize the illegal nature of his questions. After that interview, I understood that this company has serious leadership issues, and the negative Glassdoor reviews suddenly made a lot of sense. Save yourself the time and effort on interviewing with them.

Interior Designer
The whole process was wrapped up in under a month. Ashley was really nice and helpful. Both interviews were pretty standard, nothing out of the blue. It was kind of odd that they didn't ask about my portfolio or any previous work. The interviewer was a bit late for the second interview, but it was no big deal. While I was waiting, four different people checked in and offered me a drink. I was super nervous at first, but by the third person, I was trying not to laugh. Overall, I had a good experience with FBC; the staff seem happy and incredibly attentive.

Project Manager
I spoke with an HR person over the phone. This person didn't seem very knowledgeable about the actual job duties. Sadly, I and 8 other candidates all received the same rejection email, and we could all see each other's emails because they were all on the CC line. It was very unprofessional. It seems like they didn't understand the importance of being honest with people or how to use BCC. Don't bother applying here. It's a shame.
