The whole thing took about 5 days. The phone interview was short and had mostly situational questions. The interviewer seemed nice but her interest felt fake. She didn't want to know about me, only how I handle stuff. I got rejected really fast, within an hour. Also, the job was in-office, which they didn't mention before.
