Everything went pretty smoothly. They were mainly checking to see if I knew my stuff and had experience in the area I was applying for. Onboarding was good, and the staff followed up a lot. The only hiccup was how long it took to get orientation set up for some positions, but that wasn't really the hospital's fault.

A recruiter reached out about a role, but it took over a month for them to follow up and then another 2-3 weeks to schedule the interview. During the interview, the questions asked didn't align with the experience and skills listed in the job ad. The interviewer also used terminology specific to European/UK professional experience, which wasn't disclosed beforehand. The company also failed to provide any decision update after the interview, despite me reaching out. This lack of communication and disorganization, starting from HR, makes me question their leadership quality and would make me decline an offer even if extended. It seems the job description might be inaccurate, or the hiring manager is out of touch with the role's requirements and what they're assessing candidates on.

The interview process involved several quick, thorough, and to-the-point interviews. Upper management was involved. They provided a good overview of the position and requirements. They asked good foundational questions to ensure a good fit for me, the staff, and the company.
