Customer Service Representative
The recruiter had great communication and scheduled the interview quickly. They were timely and transparent throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the professionalism and courtesy, especially in this job market. They didn't waste my time, and I enjoyed the process. The people team was great.
- What is your desired salary?
- Can you discuss the basics of your experience?
Customer Support Specialist
Applied and got a phone screening a few days later. Then had a zoom call with two CS Leads. The recruiter never followed up, so I emailed them after a week and was told no shifts were available. The communication was really bad.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a challenging customer?
- Tell me about a time you exceeded expectations to help a customer.
- Describe a situation where you successfully calmed down an angry customer.
Customer Service Representative
Applied online with my resume and cover letter (optional) and heard back after a few weeks. Then I came in for an interview, and got the offer within the week. The whole thing took about 4 weeks and it was through an employee referral.
- This interview was pretty casual, informal, and conversation based.
- We spoke for about an hour, with sections where a Lead would come in, ask questions, and leave.
