Started with a written test covering Technical and Analytic topics. Then, there was a group discussion which involved debating a topic and working through a case study. This was followed by a panel interview with senior managers, where all the questions were behavioral. The panel was pretty relaxed and didn't try to make me uncomfortable.

So first, you gotta do this online assessment on the company's website. Then, if you pass that, they usually call you for a technical interview. Both these things usually happen at your university during a recruitment drive. After that, if you make the cut, you get invited to an Assessment center, which is normally in Lahore. There, you'll have two interviews, mostly non-technical. If they like you, you get an offer based on your overall score in the whole process.
