The interview process was easy, with questions designed to identify a Product Manager profile, someone who can communicate and take initiative, and an out-of-the-box thinker. I was given a personality test with simple questions about reading a tape measure.

Behavioral Other

It was about a 15 minute interview. The interviewer and the entire office made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The workplace is totally male dominated. The interview wasn't a sit-down one but more like a walk and chat. The interviewer did all the talking, making it impossible for me to speak. They said they would call for a second interview if I was selected. As I was leaving, the interviewer stood at the office entrance and stared at me as I walked through the front of the building until I was outside. I didn't feel safe at this business at all. I think they should hire HR and give more chances to women.

I had a phone screening, then an in-person interview. They asked about my background and what interested me in the position. A lot of time was spent explaining the role which seemed to be a good match for the job.
