First, you get an email to confirm you're still interested. Then, a phone call to see if you meet the basic requirements. After that, a virtual interview with a regional recruiter where they ask you some basic questions. Your answers get sent to the local branch. Technical Behavioral Other

After applying online and taking an IQ test, skills/aptitude test, and personality test to check for cultural fit, I got a call two days later and interviewed the same week. The first interview went well, and I met the district manager the following week. He thought I'd be a better fit for another role and sent me to another manager. I had a phone interview with him, then was passed to a *third* district manager who told me to apply at two stores. After phone interviews with both store managers, I had a one-on-one with a store manager, followed by a two-on-one with the DM and store manager again. Two days later, I received a job offer. This whole process took over a month, with seven phone interviews and four in-person ones, for a part-time position.
