It was pretty easy, they asked basic computer and hardware questions. If you know the stuff, you'll be fine. The district manager was nice, and the store employees are sweethearts. They use Service Now for their tech service, with custom programs for everyday use, both old and new versions.

The interview process was simple and effective, it didn't take too long and it was very easy going. Managers were cool and polite, just some good ole boys. Keep it honest and you will get hired.

So I had 3 interviews. First was with the manager, it was pretty long, like 45 mins and we talked about general intro and referrals and then some knowledge base and skill-based questions. Second interview was with the district manager, it was shorter, like 30 mins, and we focused more on professional conduct. Lastly, I had a shadow day.
