The process was pretty quick, about a week after I applied online. The interview itself took about 45 minutes and felt pretty comfortable. It was more like they were seeing if I was a good fit for the store and the position, with typical interview questions. They gave me plenty of time to think. The interview was at the store I applied to, with the store manager and the district manager. I heard back a week or two later and was offered the position, which I accepted.

Behavioral Presentation

Had a couple of interview rounds. Pretty standard questions. Different people interviewed me. Started with the district manager, then the regional manager. The regional manager was more engaged and didn't stick to the list as much.

The interview was informative, and I got to ask a lot of questions. I felt respected and wanted to learn more. It lasted about 1.5 hours. After the interview, I got a tour of the facility.
