It was a 3 step interview process. They start with a screen call, and if your qualifications seem to fit, they send your information to the General Manager. The first in-person interview was with the General Manager. If you advance to the second interview, it's with the District Manager. My first interview went well and I felt the questions were relevant, but the second interview was quite disappointing. The district manager mainly talked about his dislike for the industry I'm currently in. Once I heard his dissatisfaction with others in my field, I figured I wouldn't get an offer. Also, no one was clear about the Salary/Pay Plan; they were very vague about it.

The interview process has two steps: one with the manager and another with a different interviewer. They've set up an easy early morning time for it. You need to submit your resume online and bring a physical copy to the interview. A lifting ability is required for the role.

It was a two stage interview process. I met with the District Manager first and then the General Manager for the second interview. Both interviews were pretty straightforward face-to-face ones and didn't last more than 30 minutes. They might do zoom interviews now since everything's post-pandemic.
