General Manager
The interview was a 1 part session with 2 district managers. They do a 1:1 session in the same room together where they lay out a list of questions they designed themselves. If they like what they hear early on they wont go through every question. If they don't like what they here then they will let you know at the end of the interview that they appreciate your interest but are looking for someone else.
- Tell me about your biggest weakness and what steps you are taking to address it.
General Manager
You apply online and then take an assessment test. Make sure your answers are consistent to score well on this test. If you pass the test you will interview with the district manager. Then interview with the branch manager. All interviews are pretty laid back and simple. If that goes well you go to the closest distribution center and interview with the RVP.
- Tell me about your strengths.
General Manager
This was a pretty standard interview for an entry level management role. They asked simple questions about my willingness to go the extra mile, my previous experience and education, and what skills I could bring to the company. I also had the chance to ask them questions.
- Can you describe your work ethic?
