I went through three interviews. First, I talked to a lead developer. Then, I had an interview with HR. Finally, I interviewed with someone who seemed to be in a more senior position, though they appeared disengaged during the conversation.

The office space was clean and organized, with decorations. Being a startup, it felt down-to-earth and the people were friendly. I met with 3 people: 2 developers and 1 HR rep for a follow-up. They were all relatable and personable. The interviews were usually 40 minutes of technical questions and 20 minutes of behavioral/conversational questions.
