Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fast Trak.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process is pretty straightforward and short, with three main steps. The first interview is brief to check if you meet the basic requirements. After that, there's a training session. If you do well in the training, they'll extend a job offer, and you'd typically start the following week. You usually hear back about whether you've advanced to the second stage, the training, either the next day or the day after the first interview.
- Can you tell me about your previous job responsibilities?
- What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
- Is this a long-term career opportunity you are seeking?
Customer Service Representative
My first interview was with the Assistant Manager where we talked more about the job description. They mentioned that the director would go over benefits and compensation. I was invited back for a second interview because the benefits package is great.

Customer Service Representative
I went in for an interview and the front desk was super nice. The interview itself was quick and to the point. I was really nervous the whole time. They said they'd call if I got the job, but I never heard back.
- Can you tell me about your previous job?
