Had an initial phone screen with the recruiter. Then there was a panel interview with 2 hiring managers where I had to do a mock sale. The managers were nice. I knew the pay was lower than my past jobs but I wanted to try something new. They said I did great on the mock sale. But like most companies nowadays, they ghosted me. I bet they were scared I would leave once I found a better paying job, but a follow up email would have been more professional. I emailed the recruiter a bunch of times with no reply.

I was told by Ms. Steed that I would be moving to a second interview, and a manager would be reaching out on Monday, but no one ever did. I reached out to Ms. Steed on Monday via indeed.com and then called her on Tuesday because I did not receive a response, and I left her a message. I received this generic email and no phone call from a manager or Ms. Steed, and no explanation as to why a manager did not conduct the second interview. I found the process to be completely unprofessional. Farmers likes to lie to candidates. If they don't care to call you back or follow up, they don't care about their employees or insured, period. In addition to their P.S., I also emailed their HR department along with their Career center, but no response.

Got an email for an interview and picked a time. They told me about the job and requirements. We set up a second interview for the next week where I did a mock call. I was given 5 documents and an outline to prepare.
