Behavioral Technical Other

After submitting my application online, I got an email for a phone interview. It was scheduled and lasted about 30 mins. Then, I was invited for in-person interviews. There were 2 one-on-one interviews, and I had a final chat with the HR person. The interviews used the 'Behavioral Interviewing' method. They also threw in 2 'out of the box questions' to test my analytical skills. For example: Q: "What is your hobby?" A: "Baseball" Q: "Tell me how many baseball fields are in the U.S.?"

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Describe a situation where you disagreed with your manager or their decision.
  • What is your hobby?
  • Estimate the number of baseball fields in the U.S.
