It was easy-going and they replied quickly, felt comfortable. I submitted my application, then got a call from HR to schedule an interview. I then met with the hiring manager and I'll find out soon if I'm hired. It felt like a family company.

The interview process began with a Zoom call, followed by an in-person interview. It was well-organized, and parking was validated. The conversation was very relaxed and friendly, making me feel comfortable. I was later informed by email that I was unsuccessful, though the message felt genuine and not automated.

Behavioral Technical

I had a really bad experience with this company's hiring. After I applied, I interviewed with 3 people. I followed up many times because I didn't hear back for weeks. Eventually, they offered me the job and I did all the onboarding stuff, including the background check with HireRight. I also gave my old job my two weeks' notice and got all the equipment from this new company. Three weeks later, when everything seemed set, they took back the offer because of some old, minor driving tickets from over 10 years ago. They said it was an 'integrity issue' because I didn't mention or recall them. They never made it clear that old traffic tickets would be a problem, especially after I passed the initial background check. So, I ended up with no job at all, having already quit my previous one based on their offer. It was unacceptable how they handled it, with no clear communication or transparency. I wouldn't recommend applying here unless you have a perfectly clean record, even for old, small tickets.
