This company has a reputation for going through the whole interview process with you and then backing out at the last second. They said they only needed one interview, but they were not truthful and made me come back for another one. It was unprofessional, and in the end, they hired someone who is bilingual. If being bilingual is a requirement, they should be upfront about it from the start.

I had a phone interview where we talked about my personal and professional background. After that, we moved on to behavioral questions where I had to use the STAR format. I personally used STAR throughout the whole interview because it's a good practice.

I got an email asking to schedule a Zoom interview for the Norman, OK location. They told me they were really interested in me and said to call in a week if I didn't hear back. I called after a week, and then called again a week after that using a different way to contact them. They never got back to me, but they did add me on LinkedIn. I feel like ghosting candidates shows a lot about a company's values.
