I had two phone interviews before the final onsite interview. The first phone interview was pretty standard, going over my resume and asking typical behavioral questions. The second phone interview was similar, but they also asked about my motivation for pursuing actuarial science. The last stage was an onsite interview where I met with four actuaries. Those conversations were mainly behavioral and resume-focused.
