It started with a phone interview and then a sales interview over the phone. It felt a bit disorganized, honestly. Everyone seemed aware of the plan, but they weren't forthcoming with details.

I initially connected with FBN at a college career fair and had an interview later that day. They had me complete their online application, and we'd proceed from there. After the main recruiting period, a few weeks later, I got a call just to chat and to set up a "Role Play" Interview. This involved a mock sales call with two very different interviewers and styles; what worked for one didn't for the other. After passing that, the next step was an in-person interview. Since I lived far from their San Diego office, it was conducted over Skype. I met with the two program leads and two individuals who had started in May. If they felt you were a good fit, you'd get an offer.

Got a call from FBN to start the interview process. Had a brief initial chat, then a short follow-up with the same HR person. After that, I moved into a sales pitch role-play, which was quite intense and required good company knowledge. There were two role-play interviews: the first with HR, the second with a manager. I did well enough to advance. The final interview was a Google Hangouts call with two managers and two sales development reps, lasting about an hour. I thought I did great, but after a week, they called to say they weren't moving forward. Honestly, it felt misleading, but I guess I wasn't the right fit.
