It was an online interview where they asked questions about my resume, and some behavior-based questions. They also explained what the internship has to offer. Two people conducted it, and it lasted about thirty minutes. The people were very nice, and it wasn't super difficult.

The interview process started with a phone screening and then moved to an in-person interview, although the in-person stage was ultimately not offered. It was a good experience overall, as I learned a lot about interviewing and what not to say. The process itself was pretty straightforward.

So the process was pretty smooth. I met with HR at a career fair and they then sent me to an interview. Based on my background and what I'm into, I was directed to interview for a different role. I ended up interviewing 3 times and got the internship! The company culture is really family-oriented. I worked remotely during the pandemic, and they were great about giving me challenging and meaningful work even from home.
