First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Farmácias Pague Menos.
Pharmacist
The interview for the pharmacist role had two main parts: first, an HR interview, and second, an interview with the regional manager. The HR interview was all about my behavioral profile. They wanted to know who I am, how I communicate, my values, and if I fit the company culture. I got questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'why did you choose Pharmacy,' and 'what are your strengths and weaknesses?' They also gave me scenarios to show how I handle conflicts, teamwork, and customer service. Even though it wasn't technical, I made sure to be clear, professional, and confident when talking about my background. After that, I met with the regional manager. This part was more technical and practical. The manager checked my knowledge on dispensing medications, patient counseling, pharmacy laws, and how I'd handle daily issues like prescription errors, drug interactions, and rational drug use. They also looked at how I handle responsibilities, make decisions, and work independently. They wanted to see if I'd be a good fit for the team's daily routine, my availability, and if I was genuinely interested in the job.

Fiscal Administrative Assistant
The process was handled by an external HR team. Before the interview, they inquired about my salary expectations, as the company's offer was around R$1,900-2,200 with a meal voucher of R$13.38 per day. The position was temporary for 3 months, but there was a possibility of being hired permanently.
- Could you tell me about your previous work experience and elaborate on the tasks you performed?
- Do you have experience with specific fiscal matters like ICMS calculation?
Call Center Agent
The interview was conducted using Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, or another platform. The interviewer was someone from HR, a direct manager, or both. They asked questions like: Did they ask you to introduce yourself? Did they talk about your technical skills, like Excel, AutoCAD, or others? Did they ask about previous experiences (like your job at Transportadora Grãos LTDA)? Did they ask why you want the internship or why you chose that company?
- Could you tell me about your objective within the company?
