First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Faria Education Group.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process at Faria Education Group was well-organized and helped them see if I had the right skills and would fit in. First, I talked with the People and Culture Manager who wanted to know about my past and how it matched the job. Then, I did a practical test using their demo software and some practice ticket questions. It was good to try out tasks I'd do every day. Lastly, I met with senior leaders to learn more about the company and how my way of working would help them reach their goals. What really stood out was how long many people have worked there and how nice and professional everyone was. This made me even more excited to join.
- What makes you the most suitable applicant for this role?
Customer Support Specialist
The whole interview process went super smoothly. I first applied on the company website and then the HR team contacted me to set up a meeting. There were a few rounds of interviews with colleagues, managers, and people from other departments. This helped both me and them get to know each other better. I learned about the job and the company culture, and they checked if I was a good fit. I liked that it was a thorough process so neither of us would be surprised later. The interviewers gave me a lot of details and answered all my questions, which made me feel good about the company and how they hire. I ended up getting the job and I've been here for almost two years now. I'm really happy with my decision and enjoy my work and the company.
- Can you tell me about your career aspirations?
Customer Support Representative
The interview process had 3 main parts: first, a screening call with the recruiter to discuss my background and why I wanted the job. Then, a take-home assignment where I had to answer questions about how I'd handle different customer support situations and give ideas on what makes a great support system. Finally, a meeting with the hiring manager and someone from the support team. I was supposed to present a part of the platform, but we didn't end up doing that. Instead, it was a long talk about my experience and some scenario-based questions. It felt like they mainly wanted to get to know me and see if I'd fit in with the team's culture. I'm happy with how it all went; it was done in about two weeks, and the recruiter kept me updated.
- Can you provide an instance of dealing with difficult customers, detailing your method and the lessons you took away from it?
