Product Designer
So the interviews were pretty chill and professional. It started with a recruiter chat about my portfolio and background. Then, I chatted with the team lead about my experience and what I was looking for. After that, there was a timed design task, followed by a technical interview and a presentation of my work. They got back to me fast with feedback at each step, and getting the offer was awesome.

QA Engineer
The interview process was smooth and well-organized, without any stress or pressure. I stayed in contact with the recruiter throughout the whole process — from submitting the application to receiving the offer. They were always supportive and quick to respond to any questions. The process included a test assignment to assess my skills. The interviews were clear, respectful, and conducted in a very friendly atmosphere, which left a great impression overall.

Customer Service Representative
The interview process at Faria Education Group was well-organized and helped them see if I had the right skills and would fit in. First, I talked with the People and Culture Manager who wanted to know about my past and how it matched the job. Then, I did a practical test using their demo software and some practice ticket questions. It was good to try out tasks I'd do every day. Lastly, I met with senior leaders to learn more about the company and how my way of working would help them reach their goals. What really stood out was how long many people have worked there and how nice and professional everyone was. This made me even more excited to join.

Customer Support Training Specialist
This was a really disheartening and unprofessional process, it started off okay but ended badly. It took about 4 weeks and had 2 assessments. I applied in early July and got an email on July 5th asking me to do a 19-question pre-recorded video assessment, due in 2 working days. The email was sent on a Friday, so I basically had to do it over the weekend. It also asked for my salary expectations. I passed the video assessment. Then on July 10th, I was asked to do a writing assessment that was supposed to take 2-3 hours but took about 5, and it had a 24-hour deadline. I passed that too. On July 15th, I was told the next step was a live demo of Faria's OpenApply software to 4 people on July 23rd. This didn't happen because of a scheduling mix-up, so I ended up having an interview with the Head of Customer Support instead, which was fine. After all that, I got a job offer on July 26th. The problem was the salary was £5k less than I said I expected in the video assessment. So, I tried to negotiate. I sent an email on July 27th outlining my skills and achievements. I got an email on July 29th inviting me to a video call to discuss "offer conditions", "Offer Additions", and "Some updates". I had the call the next day, and it was a bit tense. I really thought they'd match my minimum salary, but they only offered £2k more, still £3k short. They said there wasn't enough budget. I said I'd think about it and get back to them. I asked for the updated contract, which they agreed to send. About an hour later, I got an automated email saying the contract was cancelled. I thought it was weird, but didn't worry too much. I decided to accept the offer and emailed them the next day. Then I got an email saying they were withdrawing the offer! I was so confused and annoyed. I decided to call the People Manager I'd been emailing with, Olha Vodostoi. She kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me finish. She told me I was complaining and didn't understand why we were still talking. I asked her to calm down, but the conversation got really sour. She said they re-examined my application and demo video after the offer. She then said she had to go, and declined my request to call back to resolve this. I'm amazed Faria has such an unprofessional person working for them.
