So, after like four months of this whole thing, they hit me with the news that the hiring process was on hold. I went through different interviews with different people, but they never really explained why or what went down. They just mentioned my feedback was really good, but apparently, this hiring freeze was a higher-up decision, and they had no clue when they'd start recruiting again.

I applied through the website and they sent me an email calling for a quick 30-minute call with HR. After that, there were 3 more 1-hour conversations, one with my direct manager, one with the head of products, and another with HR. All evaluating different points about career, skills, aspirations, and personal values. It was all very calm and I loved all the stages.
