I spoke with a recruiter and two designers, totaling three interview rounds. After the second interview, there was a delay in getting back to me, and when they did, they wanted to schedule the next interview almost immediately, which was difficult with my schedule. I managed to rearrange things for a last-minute interview. It's been over a month since, and I haven't received any feedback, and my follow-up messages were ignored. I feel disrespected and like my time was wasted.

The whole thing took like 3/4 weeks. There were two video calls with people from Farfetch and I also had to do a design challenge. First call was about my background and what I was looking for, plus learning about the job. After I passed, I got a design challenge to do, which took me about 5/6 hours and wasn't too hard. Then, I had a second video call to present my challenge work and talk about my process, and they asked some questions about it. A few days later, after I told the recruiter my salary expectations, they sent me the offer.
