Manager
It was a good experience once we finally got the interview date set up. The interviewers were friendly, and they seemed genuinely interested. They were open to questions and seemed happy to share information. After going through two interviews, I was given an assignment that I then had to present.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
CRM Manager
I got an offer email from a Talent Partner right after applying, only two days later! Then five days later, the interview was supposed to happen, but they ghosted me. I tried reaching out to the partner I talked to when setting it up, but no reply. So, I messaged the hiring manager on LinkedIn, and she said she told the Talent Partner to reschedule, but it never did. I guess they messed up and offered me an interview by mistake, which is fine, but they could have at least told me instead of ignoring me. It was a waste of my time to prep, and it felt disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Loyalty Manager
I applied online and got contacted by Farfetchs' recruiting team for a first phone interview. The scheduled time passed and nobody called, and I didn't hear back for a few days. We rescheduled and the call went fine. The second stage with the hiring Manager also went well. Then they asked me to prepare a case study and a presentation about my loyalty strategy. The presentation at the head office went smoothly. Since then, I haven't heard back, and my emails and calls have gone unanswered. It's a good company with nice offices, and the people were generally friendly, but the communication has been terrible. After three stages and investing time to prepare the task they assigned, I expected a response or at least feedback, but they didn't even bother to contact me or reply to my emails. It's disappointing, especially considering their corporate value of 'being human'.
- Can you tell me about a campaign you're particularly proud of?
- Could you give an example of a campaign you ran for customer acquisition?
- Can you share an example of a campaign you ran for customer retention?
