I had 4 interviews, and they were all pretty long. I got rejected in the end, which felt like a waste of my time, especially since I have 10 years of experience. I felt really disrespected.

It was a phone call with someone from HR. I found it very different since normally interviews are done on online platforms. The interviewer wasn't friendly at all, she was very impersonal and unprepared too. Actually, I got the impression she was a bit shy, which isn't a posture we expect from HR since their job is to deal with people. The only positive point is that they sent an email saying I didn't pass, which I consider a differential nowadays, since companies simply ignore you when they are no longer interested in continuing the selection process.

The interview had 2 main parts. First, I had an oral test where they asked about my professional and academic background, and what I knew about the company. Then, I had written tests in two languages, focusing on customer service scenarios. The recruiter was super nice and made everything feel easy and comfortable. About three days later, I had two more phone interviews, conducted in both languages, to check my verbal skills again.
