Applied online and HR was super responsive. They looked over my resume to chat about my experience, the product, and different things because of my level. The interview was with the hiring manager. It was a really chill chat, and they told me about what they were trying to achieve and talked about my experience with Agile and SAFe as it relates to team setups. It was pretty relaxed. They let me know what the next steps were, but after reaching out to HR, I haven't heard back at all, good or bad, in three weeks.

The role was on the Climate team, focused on climate impact in business/mortgage industries, which sounded interesting. The recruiter I first spoke with seemed really stressed and disorganized. I was passed between a couple of recruiters before my first screening was set up (at a time I didn't choose) with the hiring manager. The hiring manager came across as quite arrogant. My interview felt more like an interrogation of my background than a discussion to gauge role fit. He seemed very skeptical of my suitability, making me wonder why we both invested time in this interview.
